In efforts to encourage the long-term development of female talents and evolving them into leaders at every Level of the Group’s operations, SFG introduced a program called “SHeroes,” which offers a wide range of opportunities for its female employees such as training, mentoring, and networking. With such efforts, SFG aims to root out gender gap not just within the workplace, but also in the local society.
